After years in construction, sales, and customer service related roles, Forest Creek Household Solutions is the company Shawn & Kelli Stockford created that harnessed all of that experiential knowledge to offer services that were tailored to their skill sets.

First, diving headfirst into the short-term rental market on platforms like Air BnB and VRBO, using a mentor that showed us the right way to excel in the hospitality industry. Soon, we were co-hosting and managing properties for other owners, applying the same methods for success.

Second, a handyman service was created offering small project services to area residents with a focus on property management services for short-term rental owners. It was important that we create this division properly right from the start, becoming licensed, bonded and insured.

Next, we wanted to offer full property management services for short-term, mid-term, and long-term property rentals for owners. So, we became licensed by the state of Oregon to provide these services as well.

Recently, from working with restoration companies across the nation that provide residential and commercial restructuring services after fires, water damage, and storm damage, we saw a unique need of services that were offered in the United Kingdom, but rarely in the United States. We have launched our new service call Kitchen Kube. Providing temporary portable kitchens for households to use while their kitchens are restored to their prior damaged conditions.
